We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Given that our surprise pants are true surprises, we do understand that there may be instances when our clients may be disappointed in the color and theme of their pant. If you truly are unable to appreciate what we created for you, keeping in mind we only send out awesome pants, we will happily exchange your surprise pant for another surprise pant.
